You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We do our best to describe and price every product accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

Orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis. Please have the full order total ready when your order arrives.

Delivery times, shipping costs, and our returns process are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Air Gadgets or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Gadgets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
