Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items missing their original packaging or serial labels.

1. Email us at support@airgadgets.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back within the return window.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, typically within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping costs — at no charge to you.

For non-faulty returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for an item we don't receive.
