Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 per order. Orders of $200.00 or more ship free.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a further note when it ships.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis. Please have your order total — including shipping — ready when your order arrives.

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details by email where available so you can follow your delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
